Band audition placements
For intermediate and advanced bands
The purpose of the audition is to ensure that you are in a spot in band where you will be successful next year and will most encourage your growth as a musician. No student will be excluded from being in the band as a result of this audition.
Auditions are judged based on tone, articulation, note and rhythm accuracy, and musicality.

Concert Band (aka Intermediate Band) is mostly made up of second year players. The class is intended for students who wish to pursue playing an instrument beyond the beginning level and strengthen foundational skills.
